Kasarcılar Qur'an course building is located 35 meters from Kasarcılar Mosque in Rize province, Çaykent district, Kasarcılar village. It consists of 7 floors in total, 1 basement floor, 1 ground floor and 5 normal floors. Due to the topographical structure of the land, the slopes formed around the building have been made safe and stable with reinforced concrete retaining walls. It is planned as a floor. There is 1 service lift and 1 hydraulic service lift (moncharge lift).
