The contract of the project, which was put out to tender on April 22, 2020, located on the European side of Istanbul, was made on April 29, 2020, and the site delivery was made as of May 6, 2020. The delivery date of the project, whose work period was determined as 730 days, was determined as May 4, 2022.

The residential construction area of ​​the project is 39,694.95 m ² . A total of 282 independent sections will be built, including 220 2 + 1, 48 3 + 1, 14 commercial areas and 2 concierge flats. The project includes 6750 m ² green areas, 510 trees, 225 m ² playgrounds.
